Spec. 002 — [Garden]
Privacy
This app collects nothing about you. There is no account, no profile, and nothing about what you eat is sent anywhere. Everything it knows stays on your phone.
- What's collected
- Nothing. There's no sign-up and no login. Which beds you've fed and when is written to the app's own storage on your device, and nowhere else.
- What leaves your device
- Nothing. If you turn on iCloud backup, your phone's own backup includes this app's data along with everything else, encrypted and under your Apple account rather than mine. I never see it.
- Analytics
- There are none. No third-party analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no usage tracking, no attribution service. I don't know how often you open the app, and I've built it so I can't.
- Advertising
- There are no ad networks and no advertising identifiers are read. Nothing about you is sold, shared, brokered, or used to target anything at you.
- Health data
- This app doesn't read Apple Health and doesn't ask for it. It tracks which food groups you've eaten across, which is the only thing it needs to know.
